Services and helplines

COVID-Gyan aims to relay scientific information to the general public and ways of staying safe during this pandemic. This includes a section dedicated to general well-being. There are several resources available, including, how to keep your anxiety in check, dealing with isolation, how to keep busy during this trying time, and more.
We have recently launched well-being sessions through online platform featuring conversations with various people from different backgrounds. This platform aims at building a community where people can share stories, experiences and encourage positive conversations on mental health and well-being.
Stay connected with us on social media (look for the hashtags #covidgyan and #SundownerSession) for details.
Please note that these are NOT substitutes for psychological counseling or therapy sessions. The objective is to create a community platform. We urge you to reach out to a qualified mental health professional should you need it.
